Terms of Service

By accessing or using T3chToolkit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

T3chToolkit provides a collection of online tools for security, SEO, development, design, writing, and other professional use cases. The Service is operated by t3chware.net.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulation
• Attempt to scan, probe, or attack systems you do not own without explicit written permission from the owner
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service or its output at scale
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse tool endpoints
• Resell access to the Service without prior written agreement

4. Credits and coins

The Service operates on a credit system. Free-plan users receive a daily credit allowance. Paid plans receive a monthly allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

Coins are a supplementary balance that can be purchased and do not expire. Coins are consumed automatically when your monthly credit allowance is exhausted. Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Tool output (generated text, computed results, etc.) is provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of results, or fitness for any particular purpose. Some tools rely on third-party APIs (DNS resolvers, AI models) that may be unavailable or return outdated data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
